Goals of the UVIA

On March 8, 2008 the UVIA conducted an interactive Strategic Planning Workshop at the Senior/Community Center on
New Britain Avenue attended by board members, local business owners, and residents. The facilitators were Farmington High School graduates, Martha and Andy Miser of Aduro Consulting, Brookline, MA. The lively session produced a vision for
Unionville, an enhanced mission statement and five challenging strategic goals for the UVIA.
